Ronald Steven Porter, 66, of David City died Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at his residence in David City of natural causes.

Ronald Steven Porter was born on April 18, 1954
to Joseph and Pauline (Lalka) Porter in Centralia, WA. After high school graduation, he entered the US Army where he served until his honorable discharge in 1979. He worked for many years as a laborer in a Wood Mill in Washington State and also as a scrapper for local construction companies.
In 2016, he moved to the David City area to be closer to his family.
Ronald is survived by his brothers; Joseph Wilson Porter of Salt Lake City, UT. Tom (Jan) Porter of Arizona City, AZ, sisters: Barbara Crowder and Brenda Dunn both of David City.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers: Larry and Bob Porter.
Steve’s wishes were to be cremated. The family will hold a Celebration of Life Service at a later date once COVID-19 restrictions are relaxed.
