Monica Osmera, 64, of David City entered into eternal rest on Saturday, December 28, 2019 at the Specialty Hospital in Lincoln.
Per Monica's wishes, she was cremated and no formal services are to be held. A private Burial of ashes will be held on Sunday, May 17, 2020
Monica was born on May 17, 1955 at the David City Hospital to Celesteen (Sally) and Gerald Osmera of Ulysses. She attended Ulysses Elementary School and graduated from Aquinas High School in 1973. She lived in the Ulysses area for many years before moving to David City. She played softball in Ulysses and enjoyed anything by Elvis Presley.
She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Pat and Judy Osmeara of Ulysses and one niece, Jessica Asmus, and one nephew, Aaron Osmera.
She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant brother, grandparents, Emil (Mary) Prochaska and Charles(Katie)Osmera. Aunts and Uncles: Frank & Dorothy Vodicka, Martha Hauser, Olga Coleman, Marie Larsen, Jerome Prochaska & Ray Prochaska.
