Marian Glodowski

Marian was born on January 7, 1931 at Omaha, NE to William and Alice (Hicks) Winther. She received her education in Kellom Grade School and graduated from Teck High School. Marian married Charles Glodowski on December 15, 1956 in Omaha and they made their home in Schuyler for many years before moving to Fremont in 1985. Marian was a beautician for many years. Marian was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Schuyler. She was a girl scout leader and enjoyed playing cards, belonging to a neighborhood card club. Marian died May 2nd at the Golden Living Center in Schuyler at the age of 80. Marian is survived by her daughter, Lori Ann (Mrs. Mark Muhle) of Schuyler, three grandchildren, Justin, Dillon and Alicia, sisters-in-law, Glena Glodowski, Nancy Winther, Mildred Houfek, Mable Vitamvas, and Arline Vanis. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Charles in 2008, sisters Betty Genovesi, Gloria Small, brothers Carl Winther and Warren Winther, and sisters-in-law, Patsy Winther, and Shirley Winther.
