Margaret "Sis" Parr

Margaret was born May 8, 1937 in Cuming County to William and Margaret (Vlach) Wisnieski. She attended Sacred Heart Catholic School at Olean and graduated from Dodge High School in 1955. Sis married Ralph "Mike" Parr on August 17, 1957 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Schuyler. She worked for a short time at Dale Electronics in Columbus before working at the A.S.C. office in Schuyler for 9 years. She then worked part time at the Colfax County Extension Office for many years. She enjoyed camping, fishing, gardening and wood working. Margaret died June 21st at Immanuel Medical Center in Omaha. Margaret is survived be her husband, Ralph of Schuyler; daughter Candy (Mike) Pernsteiner of Evans, WA; brothers Bill (Pat) Wisnieski of Howells and Dan (Chris) Wisnieski of Schuyler; step brother, Ward (Judy) Svoboda of Chambersburg, PA. She is preceded in death by her parents; step father, Edward Svoboda; step sister, Shirley Bohuslavsky. Family suggest memorials to Masses, Benedictine Mission Home or Children's Hospital. Funeral lunch will be served at St. Mary's Social Center.
