Lulu Davis. 95, passed away Friday, November 16, 2007 at David Place in David City, Nebraska.
Lulu was born December 18, 1911 in Polk county to Earl D. and Mattie Jane (Wright) Smith. She attended school in Polk County and later attended York College. She was married to Leonard C. Davis on July 23, 1936. They had three children, Larry, Luanne and Linda Lou.
Funeral Services are 10:30 am Tuesday, November 20th at the United Methodist Church in Rising City. Visitation will be 4-7 pm Monday followed by a Prayer Service at 7 pm all at Chermok Funeral Home in David City. Visitation will continue Tuesday 1 hour prior to the service at the church.
Burial will be in the Circle Mound Cemetery in Rising City.
Survivors include a son, Larry (Sharon) Davis of Des Moines, IA; daughter Luanne (Wallis) Kilgore of Rising City, NE; 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Lulu was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Leonard in 2001, daughter Linda Lou, brother Lloyd Smith and sister, Eva Euse.
Memorials may be made "In Care of the Family".
