Lucille Helman, 92, formerly of David City, passed away on January 29, 2017 in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Lucille was born June 5, 1924 to Frank and Carrie(Langbauer) Jisa in Valparaiso, Nebraska. On October 8, 1945, she was united in marriage to Fred Helman at the Assumption Catholic Church, in Dwight.
She worked as a clerk at Dub's Pharmacy for 20 years. Lucille was a member of St. Mary's Altar Society, and the Funeral Guild. She and Fred moved to Lincoln in 2008.
Lucille is survived by her children: Gary(Donna) Helman, of Lincoln, Marcene(Ron) Polivka, of Lincoln, Carol(Tom) Bogner, of Gilbert, AZ, Karen(Bill) Tredway, of Lincoln, and Bonnie(Bob) Schulte, of Omaha; 14 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband: Fred in 2010; brothers: Ray and Frank Jisa; and sister: Marge Rippe.
