Laure A. Petersen, widow of Randolph, 56, of David City passed away on Sunday November 22, 2020 in Lincoln, NE surrounded by her family.
Private Family viewing followed by cremation.
Laure Petersen was a sister, mother, grandma, and friend. Laure devoted her life to her family so immensely. She has many memories earlier in her life working at Coufal Bar & Grill and Thirsty’s Bar. Randy and Laure also had the Villager where they would prepare the best chicken. She loved crafts, gardening, cooking with her husband, and spending time with her family, and pets, Molly, Kobe, and Chance.
She is preceded in death by her late husband Randy Petersen, Mother Velda Coufal, and Father Millard Coufal.
She is survived by her Daughters, Lindsey Petersen and Nikki Petersen, Son, Logan Petersen, Step-Children, Randy Petersen Jr., April Petersen, Chris Petersen, and Jonathan (Britnie) Petersen, Grand-Child Brixley Petersen, Brothers, David (Gayla) Coufal, Gene (Debbie) Coufal, many Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, and Friends.
