Larry was born September 24, 1939 to Jess and Helen(Hansen) Howard in Brigham City, Utah.
He is survived by his children: Kelli Houser, of David City, and Kip Howard, of David City; his brother: Maurice Howard, and sister: Shonna(George) Dawson; and 3 grandchildren: Tiffany Brehm, Travis Simmons, and Mariah Houser.
Larry is preceded in death by his mother: Helen Jorgensen; and daughter: Kim Simmons.
