Kenneth F. Kadavy, 65, of David City passed away Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at his residence after a valiant battle with cancer.

It was Ken's wish to be cremated. There will be no viewing.
Ken was born on August 12, 1953 at David City to Frank and Pauline(Matulka) Kadavy. He attended Dwight Assumption grade school, graduating from Aquinas High School in 1971. He went on to attend Platte College and the University of Nebraska.
Ken married Kay Brannen on August 11, 1973 at St. Mary's Church in David City. Four children were born to this union. Ken had many talents that he used in different job positions. He enjoyed playing in pool league, restoring GTO cars, going to car shows, camping, cooking, woodworking and photography. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and with man's best friend, his dog: Beau. He was an avid NY Yankee's fan.
Ken is survived by his wife: Kay, Daughter: Kristi(Charlie) Emswiler of David City, and their 4 children: Jake, Connor, Bethany and Leah Emswiler, Son: Kenneth(Alicia) Kadavy II of Columbus, and their 6 children: Nolan, Ellie, Sophie Kadavy, Brody and Lainey Raman, and Londyn Kadavy, Son: Kelly(Amy) Kadavy of York and their 2 children: Aidan and Addy Kadavy, and Son: Kasey and special friend Katie Masilko of David City and their 6 children: Izzie and Emmett Kadavy, Troy, Joey, Jordyn and Dylan Masilko and Sister: Bonnie(Jim) Webster of Lincoln.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one infant granddaughter: Mila Kadavy
