Jeanette King, 82, of Schuyler passed away surrounded by her family, on Sunday, November 18, 2018 at her residence in Schuyler.

Jeanette was born on October 5, 1936 in Salina, Kansas to Woodrow and Dorothy (Crosby) Looney. She grew up and attended school in Salina. Jeanette married Joseph A. King on March 20, 1953 and eight children were born to this union.
Jeanette worked at the Western Cafe before going to Schuyler Memorial Hospital, where she worked as a Dietitian for 25 years. After retiring, she went to work at Showtime Video as a part-time clerk. In 2013, she took full retirement to spend time with her family.
She is survived by her children: Rose (Jerry) Mundil of Schuyler, Woodrow (Kathy) King of Linwood, Frank (Starla) King, of Columbus, Kathy (Michael) Kaasch of Schuyler, Becky Petermann, Donna King, Ronald (Karla) King all of Columbus and Cynthia Jameson of Valentine. Sister: Charlotte Looney of Schuyler. Grandchildren: Dan (Shelley) Renner, Michelle DeArocos, Christopher Densmore, Tonya Densmore, Michael (Gloria) Kaasch, Jenny King, Jason (Nicole) King, Frank King, Dennis Janousek, Jim Janousek, Joanna Janousek-Green, Matt Petermann, Ben King, Faolan Jameson, Cassie Jameson, Philip Jameson, Tyler(Jessie) Weber, Craig(Shannon) Schneider, Ashley Weber; 32 Great-grandchildren and 3 Great-great-grandchildren.
Jeanette was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, 4 Grandsons: Ian Jameson, Timothy Petermann, Nicholas Densmore and Joseph King. Great-granddaughter: Jordyn Schneider, sister: Sharon Nesmith, Sons-in-law: Paul Petermann, Kevin Jameson, and Richard Renner. one niece: Melissa Gerleman.
