Frank B. Miriovsky, 84, David City, died Thursday, September 21, 2006 at Butler County Health Care Center in David City. Funeral Mass will be Monday, September 25, 2006, 10:00am at St. Mary's Catholic Church, David City. Visitation will begin on Sunday, Sept. 24 from 2-5pm at Chermok Funeral Home and continue after 6pm at the church. The Wake Service will be held on Sunday, September 24 at 7pm followed by a Knights of Columbus Rosary, all at the church. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. The family has asked that IN LEIU OF FLOWERS, memorials be given to Aquinas/St. Mary's School Endowment Funds; St. Mary's Church or Butler County Health Care Center. Frank B. Miriovsky is survived by: his wife: Beatta; two sons: Dr. Mike(Share) Miriovsky of Marshalltown, Iowa; Tom(Kim)Miriovsky of David City; two daughters: Nancy(Ed) Schendt of Papillion, NE; Joan Coleman of McCook; one brother: Joe(Dorothy) Miriovsky of Brainard; two sisters: Betty Smith of Seward; Phyllis Kantor of Colorado Springs, CO; 8 Grandchildren; 9 Great-grandchildren. Frank was preceded in death by his parents; one son: Mark on April 27, 2006; son-in-law: Ron Coleman; one sister: Mary Navratil. Frank was born on Sept. 7, 1922 at Garland, Nebraska to Frank and Bettie Hain Miriovsky. He graduated from Garland High School. He was a farmer until his recent retirement. He was a past member of St. Francis Church(Center) and a current member of St. Mary's Church, David City. He was a Third Degree Knights of Columbus.
