Frances M. Sneed, 64, of David City, died Friday, September 10, 2010 at the Butler County Health Care Center in David City.
The family has requested private family services to be held at a later date.
Frances M. Sneed was born on April 5, 1946 to James and Neva(Callaghan)DeMoss at Los Angeles, California. The family moved to Rising City where Frances was raised and she graduated from Rising City High School.
She moved back to California for eight years and worked various jobs before moving back to Nebraska and worked as a residential staff person for Region V until her retirement.
Frances was a member of the Rebekah Lodge 367 and the Tennant Club at the Sunshine Court.
She is survived by her daughter: April Vicente'-Miguel of David City, brother: Kevin(Rita)Sorensen of David City; grandson: Dale Nyffeler Jr of Columbus; niece Tracy Maclain of David City and several cousins.
Frances was preceded in death by her parents and her niece Krystal Sorensen.
Memorials may be given to Rebekah Lodge 367, Bellwood, Nebraska.
