Diane Asche, 55, of Columbus, passed away April 25, 2015 at her home in Columbus, Nebraska.
Diane Kay was born February 9, 1960 to William and Mary(Samek) Riha, in David City, Nebraska. She graduated from Lincoln Northeast High School. Diane enjoyed going to garage sales, and thrift store shopping. She also loved horses and wolves. Diane had a great love for her children, grandchildren, and her dogs "Nola", for 17 years, "Lakita", and "Hawk".
She is survived by her parents: William and Mary Riha; fiancé: Tom Broam; children: Kasie (Al Korb) Asche, of Lincoln, Tara (Greg) Hallock, of Shawnee, KS, Kyle (Kristin) Asche, of Lincoln, and Brittany (Michael) McLeod, of Brownlee; 6 grandchildren: Talyn, Addie, Aaliyah, Kayla, Carter, and Malechi; ex-husband: Rick Asche; brothers: Scott (Cathy) Riha, Rick (Steph) Riha; sisters: Cheryl (Lynn) Moxham, Patty (Wayne) Madsen, Sandy Sprouse; and several nieces and nephews.
Diane is preceded in death by her grandparents: William and Helen Riha, and Alois and Mary Samek.

A lunch will be served immediately following the funeral mass in the church hall.
