Dawn M. Dvorak, 37, of Brainard, died Sunday, September 25, 2011 from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday September 29, 2011 at 10 AM at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Brainard with Fr. Matthew Eickhoff as celebrant and Fr. Chris Goodwin as homilist.
Viewing will be Wednesday from 4-7pm followed by a wake/Rosary service at 7 PM all at the church. Additional viewing will be Thursday, from 9-10am at the church. Burial will be in Holy Trinity Cemetery.
Dawn Dvorak was born on March 8, 1974 in Wahoo, NE to Richard and Donna(Bohac)Jelinek. She attended East Butler High School, graduating in 1992 and went on to earn her Associates Degree of Manufacturing Engineering at Southeast Community College.
Dawn married Jeff Dvorak on September 30, 1995 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Brainard, four children were born to this union.
In 2005, she earned her Bachelor of Arts from Concordia University where she was currently enrolled working towards and almost finished with her Master's Degree.
Dawn was employed at Behlen Manufacturing in Columbus for the past 17 years.
Her life revolved around her children and their activities. She also enjoyed flowers, her cat, Sniper and her dog, Casey.
Dawn is survived by her husband, Jeff; their children: Devon, Jared, Justin and Julia, parents: Richard and Donna Jelinek of Brainard, Father and mother-in-law: Ron and Leona Dvorak of Brainard; Brothers: Craig(Amy)Jelinek of Bruno; Eric(Amy)Jelinek of Abie; Sisters:Brenda(Brian)Sensibaugh of Ceresco and Amy(Ryan)Ruether of Staplehurst. Brother-in-law: Dallan(Janine)Dvorak of David City. Five nieces and six nephews and a host of friends.
