Calvin K. Jirovsky,infant son of Mark Jirovsky and Alicia Pernicek was born at rest on Tuesday, October 14, 2008 at the Butler County Health Care Center in David City.
Services will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, October 18, 2008 at Assumption Catholic Church in Dwight with Fr. Sean Timmerman officiating. Burial will be in the Assumption Cemetery in Dwight.
Calvin is survived by his parents, brother, Colby Jirovsky; grandparents, David and Beth Jirovsky, Kenneth and Roshelle Pernicek, and Loretta and Steve Woehl; great-grandparents: Mae Pernicek, Betty Smith, Lillian Jirovsky, Lillian Grant, Lester and Charlene Schaefer, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Memorials are suggested In Care of the Family.
