Bettye Hoad

Elizabeth Olive Hoad, also known as Bettye B. Hoad, was born January 8, 1920 in El Dorado, KS to Wilbur and Anna (Mason) Beaumont. Bettye married Leo Hoad October 5, 1940 in Roma, Texas. They lived in California for several years before moving to Schuyler. Bettye died December 15th at the Columbus Hospital. Bettye is survived by her daughter, Rose Vernoy of Schuyler; two sons, Jarrett and his wife, Lynn of Colorado and Leo, Jr and his wife Jeanett of Arizona; 13 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren; 17 great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Leo (January 16, 1987); one brother; one sister; one great grandson.
