Arlene Plasek, 90, of David City, passed away December 8, 2014 at St. Joseph's Villa in David City.
Arlene was born April 2, 1924 to Lewis and Emma(Cherny) Walla in Fremont, Nebraska.
She was united in marriage to Joseph A. Plasek on November 25, 1946 at Cedar Hill Church near Morse Bluff.
She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, the Northside Extension Club, and a Knitting Club.
Arlene is survived by 2 daughters: Diane Plasek, of David City, and Carol (Randy) Konsel, of Howells; 2 grandsons: Anthony Konsel, and Brian Anderson; 2 great-grandchildren: Gavin and Alexa Konsel; and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Joseph A. in 2005; brothers: Don & LaVern Walla.
