Alice Ruth Weinberg died April 14, 2007 at David Place in David City, Nebraska.
Alice Ruth Rech was born on Nov. 12, 1911 to Charles and Anna Matousek Rech at David City, Nebraska. She married Jack Weinberg and spent many years operating a business in California until she retired and moved to Columbus, NE to be near relatives. She was active in the Columbus community as a volunteer at the library, hospital gift shop and Senior Center. She enjoyed traveling, and always had her camera ready to take pictures.
She is survived by her sisters: Margaret Ann Hotovy of David City and Mildred Rech of York, along with many nieces and nephews.
Private family services will be held at a later date. Memorials to David Place.
