Alice Coufal, 84, of Fullerton, California, passed away on October 22, 2012 at Fullerton Post Acute Care.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, November 3, 2012 at 10:00 am at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Brainard with Father Matthew Eickhoff officiating. Burial will be at Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery.
A Rosary will take place at 9:30 am before for Funeral Mass.
Alice L. Coufal was born on March 24, 1928 to George and Salma(Bartek) Potter near Valparaiso, Nebraska. She and Joe Coufal were married on April 21, 1947 in Valparaiso.
She is survived by a daughter Alice Helms, Newburg,MO three grandchildren,Janene Koiner,Krum TX, Gregory Kouma,Phoenix AZ,Jamie Kouma of Dallas TX. Three great grandchildren, Katy and Garrett Koiner of Krum,TX and Tatyana Manus of Grand Praire,Tx and one great great granddaughter Addyson Koiner of Krum Tx. Brothers Eugene Potter, Placentia CA, George Potter, sister-in-law Ginny Potter of McMinnville,OR, a sister Phyllis Coufal,brother-in-law Louis Coufal of Bishop, CA, Sister in law Marcella Meduna and brother-in-law Julius Meduna of Weston NE, and numerous nephews and nieces and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Joseph Coufal, two sons Joey and Larry Coufal, a sister, and three brothers.
